It worked out well for the group

Sparkling clean room, nice hot showers, great water pressure, comfortable beds, microwave and fridge in room, AC works. Friendly helpful staff. Only thing I would improve is the out-of-service laundry facility. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

This place literally sucked so bad. The staff was very unfriendly very unhelpful. Though the location was very helpful and easily walkable , it was just a horrible room. And so overpriced , for the quality of the lodging we received

AC worked great and all controls like constant fan (seems not to work in so many hotels) worked perfectly. Super fast check in and room was ready over an hour early and they let me check in. Awesome. Bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom with newer fixtures, shower doors, etc. definitely would stay again.

Nice cozy room and the hotel is close to some cool stuff; we even were able to walk downtown with relative ease. Staff were friendly and super accommodating. If you're looking for a budget friendly, yet clean and safe stay in Bend, this is it!

Pillows weren't the best and the sliding door to the bathroom was really hard to slide

Clean enough. Remote control for the TV did not work, I did not bother asking the desk to fix it. Right next to a major intersection so on a Saturday night, loud cars racing around were a bit disturbing.

Older property in need of some TLC. Staff does not provide hot water in their lobby for tea in the morning as most do. A bit disappointing for those who drink tea and not coffee in the morning.

Very clean and freshly updated. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance

Room itself was decent, small, but ok. Shower was not clean as there was a ball of hair on the floor, a dirty wash cloth on the corner of shower, and someone left their personal conditioner bottle in the shower as well. Bed mattress was well used and had ruts where you lay.

Ample parking. Very clean. Did not enjoy housekeeping knocking on my door twice over an hour before checkout. I lost sleep that was much needed. For $200+ a night for a motel that should be like $80 a night - it’s not great business practice to bother your guests TWICE in the morning WELL before checkout.
