Room had “sounds” all night. Something was clanking in the walls. A steady sound all night that made it hard to sleep

Good option for low cost place to stay with amenities. Has laundry, breakfast, and a gym. They also have rooms with kitchens which are great for longer stays. Room was very worn out. Floors are dirty and couch was sagging. Ok overall but not the best it could be.

Convenient location, beautiful facility, well set up for extended stay, but operation is poorly managed and staff very sluggish. Room was not vacuumed well, hide-a-bed had dirty sheets/blanket, but clean ones were in the drawer, so we changed them. Breakfast was not ready at 7AM as advertised. No coffee was ready, had to ask them to make some not only at breakfast, but also at check-in the day before. When coffee was ready it was weak and tasteless. Staff was friendly but disorganized and moved slowly. The featured strawberry crepes were good, but with only one person in the kitchen the wait time was long even though we were the second order of the morning. wifi took many tries to connect including a trip to the front desk for help. Very disappointed in how this facility is managed/operated. Having worked in customer service for decades, I expect a higher-end hospitality location to perform much better than this. Cannot recommend this location as we left feeling short-changed. The night before we stayed in a Fairfield by Marriot at about 2/3 the cost, and much better service. We will know to avoid Element in the future.

Staff was wonderful!

Didn’t make it to breakfast but imagine it was great. I loved the hot tea in the lobby when I arrived. Rooms were large clean and fully stocked. Courtyard looked nice at night. Paying for parking with no info regarding that before booking! Not very friendly, basic info. Staff was not very inviting.

What an awesome, new hotel location in Bend, OR! It was very modern and beautiful inside! We did experience our first ever fire alarm that went off, and we had to evacuate the building for about 20 minutes. I also had to call to get an accidental taxes charge reversed, that the hotel admitted was a mistake. Other than those little hiccups, we really enjoyed our stay, and will return again!

New and clean (almost Spartan). Big bright lobby. Nice staff. Room was fine. Easy walking to downtown (we did it 3x in two days). Pretty city!

The view, like the shower, the suite was clean. The food. I was expecting better quality. Looks like one egg by person, the service was so slow.

Pepsi sucks. I know it's local and or corporate, but Pepsi sucks.

Initial room was mismatched, not accessible, but staff found an appropriate room for us. Pool has a wheelchair lift. Breakfast is a bit simple, cook does not keep up. Coffee was not consistently strong enough. Element Bend is stylish and comfortable. We will happily stay there again.

Location. There were dirty dishes in our room. Under the couch had not been vacuumed.

The breakfast options were the weakest link to the whole chain; everything else was either up to snuff or exceeded expectations! 😊
