Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bend South by IHG

Everything you would expect from a name brand, budget oriented hotel for a traveler. We needed a spot to go explore the greater Bend area from, the Holiday Inn fit our plans and the areas we wanted to reach quickly.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The pool could have been warmer, but thats it.

One last remark , do say Hello to Carson at the desk ! This young man is just the best at customer service ! He goes the extra mile ! He has the rare innate skill of understanding and helping his customers ! You just can't teach that to someone ! It comes from within ! So do ask for him ! He is the best !!

Super clean rooms and a great breakfast! Staff were so nice and accommodating.

The continental breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering plenty of options and always well stocked. We all enjoyed our stay.

Customer service great. My parents enjoyed the breakfast. Parking was Rough. and the Bedwas NOT comfortable nor were the pillows. Alas. Property was very clean. Housekeeping was ok. I asked for linens to be changed but they were not and I wish the trash cans were lined specially in the bathroom.

Waited a long time to check in which was frustrating, standing in the lobby with my bags while no one was at the desk for a while, the person in front of me went back to their car. The staff was nice when they finally came back though. Room was dirty. Decided against using the shower which was very frustrating after a long day of traveling. Dog hair all over the seating in the room. Stains all over carpet. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. All corners had black dirt and dust and crumbs. Dust on lighting fixtures. Lamp didn’t work. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Fridge so loud had to unplug it to sleep. Smelled like perfume, not cleaning supplies. No trash bags in the trash cans. Definitely hasn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. I was too tired from traveling that I just dealt with it since I was only staying 1 night but will not stay again.

Everything I read about Holiday Inn Express Bend Oregon, turned out in person far better than what was in print. The hotel's Location: which made for easy trips to downtown for walking, shopping and food choices that will cram your mind till it hurts. All staff members seemed to possess a "Make it so" attitude; a front desk staff member was multi-tasking towels, answering phone calls and guests created a miracle for my sister. He found a way to approve my sister's spontaneous request to extend her stay one more night. One must remember that the hotel was nearly full at this time. I must not forget the parking lot, back door areas and fire escapes showed signs of motivated cleaning staff. I would most definitely stay at Holiday Inn Bend Oregon again. You won't be disappointed.

It showed a hot tub and it didn’t have one when we showed up. As a disabled vet, this was something that I had planned on to help. Very disappointed.

Location, cleanliness, amenities. I couldn’t stay longer.
