Clean rooms.

Our rooms ac unit was NASTY. Filled with dust I’m shocked it even worked. Under our bed was Panda Express left overs. There was a blood stain on my side of the bed. There was a tweaker they called the cops on the first night. The second night our tv remote locked and reset itself so we had to go to the front desk and the girl was not nice or helpful she just handed us a paper with a code and continually said “I don’t know, I’m new I don’t know”. AND to top it all off the pool was advertised when I purchased the room for the two nights and when we got there it was closed by the Deschutes County Health Inspector. I’m so disappointed.

Property was quiet but older in need off updating.

aewsome place to stay in Bend OR
-
Dog friendly, yet could use more care with ensuring rooms get thoroughly cleaned when next person stays that does not have a dog.

Bathroom walls did not appear clean and sheets had hair on them. Water heating was also backwards on the shower and the sink. The tv did not even work and the bathroom light burnt out. Extremely thin walls and loud neighbors early in the morning.

Staff is friendly, but the property is very shabby and is on par with a 1 star. No pool (drained), despite it saying otherwise online. Also the back door to the building was unlocked and unsecured, so anyone could come in at anytime, and the staff were well aware of it. I would not recommend.

Staff were very good

Perfect stopping place along our travels. Could use a little bit better pet area but overall everything was fine

The room was well maintained and clean. I thought it was reasonably priced and plan on staying at La Quinta hotels in the future.

I just reserved because they have pool and jacuzzi but when we go to the property that was close for maintenance, the lady at the front desk said on the web site said it’s close but is a lie because that’s the reason why I reserved this hotel also is very old hotel 😕

This is a terrible place to stay. Advertises a pool and it’s under renovation. The doors to go into the hallway of the hotel to get to your room was unlocked at all times. Don’t need your key card to get in. Very unsafe. The room was dirty and old. The pillows were the size of footballs. Never seen that before. Bottom line do not stay here.

Have stayed there several times for convenience and decent beds so, isolated case

Ok

Excellent location and value for traveling through. The walls were a little thin in that we heard when the neighbors started running water to shower. Otherwise, was a great fit with a great breakfast.

The hotel canceled my reservation and hasn't refunded my credit card. This was unacceptable. I expect a refund for this room.

Very nice greeting and checkin.

There are no elevators, not handicap accessible for floors below and above lobby area. Swimming pool was being renovated. bathroom toilet was leaking so floor was always wet even with bath mat on floor. Free breakfast was as they say you get what you pay for. It served the purpose of having a bed, toilet and shower, but not what you would expect if you need an upscale hotel to stay in. The doors leading in from parking lot are always open. There are no room with views if you request one, it will be a view of the parking lot blocked a little by pine trees.

Got into our room and the comforter was dirty and had stains on it. The walls are super thin and heard everything. Bathtub looked like it was pieced together and the shower curtain was to small and water got all over the ground.
