Location. Everything you needed was supplied. Smelly old room. Hot water in shower cut out. Manager had not enough knowledge of how to get around, especially to Wool Show. Had to go to Info Centre!!

Located was excellent. Dedicated parking and the kids loved the bunk bed.

It provided very basic accommodation for our stay over. The noise from the main road. Very tired and dated. Limited facilities and space.

Staff were welcoming. Unfortunately it is located right at an intersection with traffic lights, so was very noisy as all the cars were revving off as the lights changed. The building was vibrating with the noise.

Economy, location, 3 beds in the room I got very upset when I got a phone call in the week leading up to our stay from the motel. I was told that they will have to cancel our booking as maintenance needs to be done. I had booked well ahead of time. Offer of relocation was not consoling as I booked this due to the perfect proximity to the purpose of our trip, as well as having 3 beds in room. I refused on this basis and the staff member then said he would find another holiday maker to cancel. Very disconcerting that they could have just cancelled on me like that snd do close to the date of the booking. Everything else was great for the price, but this scare has made me decide not to book this venue again; can’t take that risk.
