Excellent location—just a short 15-minute walk to top attractions, restaurants, and the town center. The automated, keyless check-in process was seamless and the pillow was surprisingly comfortable for a low-cost stay. We felt completely safe walking to and from dinner at night. The shower was practically unusable—the shower head is mounted extremely low, the water pressure is virtually non-existent, and the temperature fluctuates wildly between scalding hot and freezing cold with no middle ground. The room's hairdryer was equally poor; I could have blown my hair dry faster myself. When I called front desk to request a replacement, I was cut off three times. While a second dryer was eventually delivered, its plug was bent, and my husband had to manually straighten the prongs just to plug it into the outlet. The toilet paper quality; it’s single-ply, which just means you end up having to use twice as much.

Good location. Comfortable beds There were only thin blankets on the bed and not enough spares. The lights kept flickering for ages when we turned them on. The kettle leaked when pouring. This place was definitely low budget and we would not return

The location is great and close to lots of restaurants, and it is a short walk to the town center The room smelt like MJ, the side tables were all sticky from old beer bottles and not clean. It took me half an hour to wait at the reception to see the front desk receptionist

The motel is well located and easy to find. The room was clean. As requested, we were given a downstairs room. The shower had good pressure and temperature. Very disappointed that we were not told that there would be no staff in reception. Didn't need the stress of worrying whether the entry dial would work each tine it was needed. The room was smaller than I would have expected for an executive queen room. Lighting was dark and difficult to read unless one lay on the bed and used the bed lamp. This place did not match up to its reviews on this website.

The price and location Asked for accessible room. Had a step going in and bathroom was a struggle for a walker to get into. Also I thought there was a restaurant but found only for breakfast.
