It was simple and private. Only 2 minutes of hot water in the shower. This was the only disappointing thing about the stay.

Very quiet and quaint in a fabulous location - had everything you need for your stay. Would have liked a small table and chair n the room.

Location was great with very friendly staff very quiet for main st location. Room was clean and neat for an older style building. Bed was comfortable. nothing to dislike.

Friendly caring folks.

It was within walking distance of the city. The room was pleasant and clean. The shower was cold after one minute.

Very central location with lots of restaurants and shops around including the onsite Wine Bank restaurant. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Quiet rooms with a courtyard for us to sit. Hot water runs out very quickly. Very tiny bathroom.

It was a cold day and night in Bendigo but I was snug in Room 3 which is on the ground floor. I hate being overly hot but the heating was perfect for me. Plus there was a door dog to block out any draughts coming through the main door. Bed was comfortable. I did wonder how noisy it would get in warmer months with the tables and chairs outside the room. I've had lunch at Wine Bank on a previous visit to Bendigo so I knew food was good and thoroughly enjoyed Mexican dinner this time. I found the water in the shower didn't stay hot for long. It was very hot when I turned on the shower, added the cold which overpowered the hot water, turned the cold water down and got the right temperature and then the water didn't stay warm. I ended up having a quick shower.

Great location in the arts precinct close to the gallery, parks and eateries. Wine bar and restaurant on site. I had a ground floor room this visit and there was definitely more noise.

Check in was delightful, the room better than expected. Great location. Close to a local bus stop. The unexpected coffee ring in one of the cups.

Close to town. Reasonable price. Shower was poor. After a day on the road that is disappointing. Not hot enough, low pressure and hard to control. It’s a room converted with the addition of a small en-suite and kitchenette. I guess it’s enough but it’s not spacious. The ground floor rooms receive a lot of transferred noise from upstairs. Also my room at night when all was quiet suffered from intermittent building creaks and knocks which while they didn’t wake you were distracting when falling asleep.

Bathroom so tiny. Small comfortable room but only one chair to sit on & clothes rack blocked view of TV. Won't stay there again.
