Location and price and convenience of access Load crowd outside windows and noisy 9n Saturday night

the water for the shower was lovely and hot there was one very thin blanket....pretty poor for a winters night no hair dryer, no face washer. i had to ring after the 4pm check in (its usually 2pm) for the door pin. not very comfortable bed

Friday night Nearby Music thumping until 3 am outside air cond cutting in and out all night 2 hours sleep at most, room was clean ,young person would love it old man needs his sleep.

We did not know that the room we had been allocated was upstairs and without window My wife has an injured leg and cannot use stairs

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and the location of the hotel was perfect. I would appreciate a tissue box.

Comfortable bed and convenient location. A bit too convenient location - noise from nightlife - and an odd smell in the lobby/hallways.

Having staff stay and rooms side by side was great. They were happy and this is a good thing.

Good value property and lovely old building. Keypad entry to the building and the room was excellent. Plenty of choices for food nearby and fantastic library opposite. I was very disappointed that there was no onsite parking and it was not mentioned in the description. Rooms were small and could have done with a small table rather than sitting on the bed all of the time.

Amazing location, cleanest motel I have stayed at. Private bathroom, fridge, kettle and tea/coffee. No breakfast facilities or toaster but there is a cafe next door that opens early. Exactly as pictured online. Would have liked a toaster or microwave available

In centre of town, across the road from Town Hall. Quiet and convenient. I couldn't rate the staff because I didn't see any!

Hard bed, no microwave, no knife or forks if needed them ,no biscuits like most motels. On street parking very hard to get a spot

Amazing location right in the CBD! No check in, we could just enter with a code. The room was clean. Super easy and stress free stay. The bed was quite hard and we could feel springs through the mattress. There’s also no parking, but we paid $10 to park overnight right next door, which we felt was reasonable for the location.

10am check out is a bit early. It’s generally 11am at other places
