It’s just basic but it’s all what we needed for the night.

There was never anyone at the front desk, the heat was broken in our room and despite getting help from an employee who assured us it was now fixed, it was freezing all night and we couldn't find anyone to address the issue with in the hotel. I recognize its winter time and slow time but you should still have an employee present if we need toilet paper or have a small issue.

The bathroom was a bit small, but it was very clean and it had good, spacious shower, with a glass cabin. I appreciated also having the parking included. Most probably would go there again. Nothing, our stay was generally pleasant.

Great staff, great breakfast (eggs fresh cooked to order), we received a free upgraded to a room with a better view! Also had secure garage parking for our motorcycles, staff was ready for the bikes as we rolled in!

I loved the traditional feel of the room and the view. The staff were kind and helpful. The location is a short walk from the centre.

location was great has very nice views and great breakfast I didn't like that the room didn't have a dresser. but it wasn't a big deal.

The breakfast is not good at all. Not many choices at all. Coffee was cold and the staff refused to offer fresh hot coffee.

I liked the location, conveniently located in the old town, minutes away from the castle, super clean room, awesome architecture, amazing view, delicious breakfast and restaurant, and what's most important, family owned business with everyone from the staff super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended and will stay over and over again in every visit to Berat. Everything was amazing ?
