Room very comfortable. On our second day, little food left at breakfast at 9:15.

The lift was a bit slow. The menu could be written in Albanian as well as English to help the staff. There could be a wine and drinks list for ease of knowing the prices and to see what is available. We didn't mind, but some people may want a kettle or a safe.

Property was beautiful and rooms spacious. Great location. Staff was helpful. Restaurant breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was not amazing. Air con wasn't working, we were very warm overnight. Night staff had his friends barge in to the reception while we were waiting for the lift, they barged in front of us and took the lift and the receptionist laughed telling us we should have been faster.

Lovely comfortable bed and spacious room. Great shower. Location for walking around and exploring was great. 2 small bottles of water in the fridge which they charge 1 euro for. A kettle was provided, but no mugs let alone tea or coffee. The first morning we were asked if we wanted an omelette and a coffee. The second morning nothing was offered.

Spacious Ac was not working…called front desk they can’t speak English so they hung up the phone or say no to everything

The location, terrace view and parking solution. Room was spacious and comfortable. The toilet had a weird odor however was looking clean. Breakfast need to be improved with local ingredients. Might be more attractive if you provide white cheese, local warm bread, some nice local jams and eggs fries with butter (or omelettes).

Brilliant Nothing

Great location in the center of city. Comfortable room, baby cot is avaliable for free. Hotel has an elevator, parking in the garage and nice view from terrace. Breakfast was good.

Staff were lovely room was clean and tidy and the hotel is in the centre of town. Could do with a coffee machine in the room.

Exceptional

Location with parking garage is perfect. A lot of noise come into the room from hallway. Only one toilete paper for three people.

The hotel is in the center of Berat,on the right is Berat Castle.The room is clean,comfort beds,and also spacious bathroom.The staff is polite,and they ask you if you need something tell us.I ask for boil eggs for breatfast,because for the moment there wasen't,and the waiter gave us eggs,you just need to ask and they will gave to you.Staff will treat you as coustumer should be treated.I recommend this hotel if you want to stay in a cossy place.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ None
