Kind, family business, clean, modern rooms, close to the action, but quiet!

The location, the view, and especially the very friendly and helpful owners. They answered our questions and made recommendations that were perfect for us. There is limited parking but we were fortunate to have a spot. I would definitely stay here if I return to Berat. This is a guest house, not a hostel, so there are no cooking facilities or refrigerator. But there is a nice set up for making tea right in the room.

Hosts were very nice! The room was clean and the balcony has a great view! The property is also well located!

Lovely clean room in a really well designed home. Very warm and welcoming hosts. The best for us was the balcony with the fabulous views of beautiful Berat.

Clean, Great location -

The house is in a great location, right next to the main square. There is a parking place. The room is spacious, tidy, with a view of the city; the bathroom is spacious and tidy. The hosts are very nice. I would recommend it.

Exceptional

This guesthouse is in the very centre of Berat, a very good location even if you have to climb a few minutes uphill but it's totally fine. We loved staying here and the owners were very kind. They made us feel at home and welcomed us from the first moment offering us some delicious cake in the morning. The room had a nice view of the city, it was big, bright and clean. And the bathroom was well equipped. WiFi and air conditioning were working!

Beautiful family run property. Would definitely stay again. Rooftop view of Berat was incredible, especially at night when everything was lit up. Make sure you use booking.com for directions as google maps will take you somewhere else! Narrow streets if you have car, but our host was able to help us a guide us through.

Superb

Spacious rooms, very clean and fantastic terrace. As warned by other comments regarding parking, we preferred to park the car in the street and walk 5-7mins rather than trying to park it in the guesthouse as the street is narrow and steep, but up to you! Everything was perfect!

Everything. It was expressional, with a great host. We got like a luxury room, that has a big bathroom. When we arrived he offered some fruits. We felt like at home. If we return to Berat we'll go there for sure. Recommended. If I have so say something I'd say: - difficult to get there by car (but not impossible). I mean very inclined road that could make it difficult for some cars/drivers. Buuut... We park on the street 200m form there.

Owners was very welcoming, kind and helpful. Owner helped with parking and was in touch all the time, if everything is needed, his wife gave guests plate of fresh fruits from garden. Location was perfect, 2min walk to old town and wiew from balcony was stunning. Road to apartment, as mentioned in description, is quite challenging because of the small roads, but everybody helps - even random people, who passes by. Room was clean, and owner even let us to choose between two rooms. We loved apartment. Would be nice softer mattress, bed was quite hard. (Although pillows were perfect). Would be really hard to get there for unexperienced driver.

Very nice and newly refurbished accommodation with an amazing view on the city! Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming offered also a delicious breakfast. Air conditioning wasn’t working that well. Quite warm inside.
