Beautiful hotel in an amazing location

Lovely boutique B&B nestled in Gorica, just a few steps from the iconic Gorica Bridge and within easy reach of Berat’s main sights. The family running the property was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. The room was modern, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was definitely a highlight — generous, fresh, and delicious. Nothing — we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

Everything! It was so cute with attention to every detail with an old city vibe. The location was superb ,easy to find , easy to park, walking distance to everything and great restaurants just around the corner. Nothing

Great breakfast with amazing homemade rolls! Parking included at nearby parking lot. Short walk to main area. Not too hilly or too many stairs. Fantastic staff in small boutique hotel with very clean and modern room. Air conditioning worked great. Wish we had stayed 2 nights instead of 1 night to explore the area more. Would definitely come back here if we come back to Berat. Better signage off the main road to turn onto the side road to reach the hotel. It’s tucked in the back off a side road.

We loved it here! Clean & charming and lovely staff and service! Best breakfast I've had in a B&B style stay before. The petulla was probably the best I've ever had! Thank you!

The bathroom gets a bit wet after shower.

The room had every attention to detail and was spotlessly clean, but the highlight was the kindness of the staff and the breakfast, prepared with local products and a lot of love.

We had a wonderful stay at Ador Boutique Hotel as a family with two kids. Communication with the hosts (a very kind mother and daughter) was super easy and friendly from start to finish. The location is excellent, quiet, charming, and still only about a 5–6 minute walk to the center of Berat. The area around the hotel is something you really have to experience: cobblestone pathways, a beautiful garden, and a calm atmosphere that makes you slow down and enjoy Berat even more. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very comfy. The real highlight for us was the breakfast, honestly one of the best we’ve had in a long time. It’s not a buffet (which we actually liked), and everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared: eggs cooked the way we wanted, a few Albanian specialties, fresh fruits, bread, and great coffee. Overall: highly recommended, and without any doubt this will be our default choice the next time we visit Berat. Everything was exceptional and nothing to complain :)

Clean,confortable and very cozy

Everything was perfect: beautiful, clean, comfortable, amazing breakfast. I didn't see the owner, but Miranda (who prepared breakfast and cleaned the room) and her daughter Emily were amazing. They made me feel very welcomed.

The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. The owner drove me the bus station early the morning I left. The two ladies who make and serve the EXCELLENT breakfast could not have been sweeter!!! The view of the castle while enjoying breakfast on the terrace is AMAZING!!! I wish I could have stayed longer. PERFECT location on the quieter Gorica side of the river. It is a 5 min walk across the bridge to the Mangalem area. The guesthouse location does not involve climbing up multiple hills (which I appreciated). There are several excellent restaurants and bars very nearby.

The bathroom was sparkling clean, and the breakfast was served with genuine warmth and hospitality. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and the on-site parking made everything easier. As a hospitality professional myself, I can say this place exceeded expectations. It's the perfect spot to experience the beauty of Berat in style and comfort. They do not like negative vibes , good vibes only ?

Loved this property. It seems to be family run and they do a great job. The room was smaller than we expected but beautiful and so clean! Breakfast was good and the check in/out process was easy!

The breakfast was lovely, with some traditional pastry.
