The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was wonderful and very accessible to walk everywhere and the neighborhood charming. The view from the terraces exceptional. The property is very clean and cozy. We loved our stay with Vista!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like checking into a hotel and more like being welcomed into someone’s home. The genuine warmth, attentive service, delicious food, and beautiful accommodations made this an unforgettable experience. Before we arrived, we received clear parking instructions, and the buggy ride (basically an off roading golf cart!) that transported us and our luggage to the hotel was such a fun and memorable way to begin our stay. We were greeted by a kind and welcoming host who showed us to our beautiful room and immediately made us feel at home. The terrace overlooking Berat is absolutely stunning and the perfect place to relax and take in the views. This was our favorite stay in all of Albania. Between the incredible hospitality, beautiful location, comfortable rooms, and breathtaking views, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. To top it all off, the included breakfast was the best we had during our trip—delicious, generous, and incredibly accommodating. We would recommend staying here without hesitation.

everything was great the room [upgraded free of charge] location facing the old city breakfast was super and above all the owner Dino and his wife Violeta . Dino helped us and stayed with us for over an hour to solve a traffic problem

From the very beginning, the hotels communication was excellent and clear. The staff were so kind and helpful and was such a warm experience. The location made it super easy to get around. The rooms are so beautiful here and is aka quieter area, which we really appreciated. You can tell this hotel is well cared for and the breakfast was simply amazing!

Friendly staff, free parking, delicious included breakfast & rooms were so comfortable! We loved the vista at Vista! Views were incredible! We sat atop the rooftop patio at end of day overlooking the beautiful city, thankful to have come! Not one thing! Though it is on an incline, staff transports you & your luggage in a golf cart, then carries luggage to your rooms!

Fabulous hotel. The owners greet you personally. He picks you up in a golf cart for the luggage and has someone carry the bags up the stairs to your room. His wife cooks the breakfast, which is delicious and so much food. The owners also provided excellent recommendations for restaurants in the city. The rooms were beautiful and excellent quality. Great shower! And a beautiful terrace overlooking the city (with 2 kittens while we were there) was the cherry on top! Nothing!

It was a beautiful quaint boutique hotel in an old house with history and very homely. The staff were so warm and courteous. Very old school homely people just perfect for the town. The breakfast was also very home like prepared with care. The owner was always there to serve us and guide us. Nothing really!!

Family owned , warm and welcoming.exceptionally clean . Beautiful view of Berat. Hotel is in a renovated 200 yr old home. Secure parking a short distance from the hotel. Staff meet us there and brought us and our luggage to the hotel by golf cart. Bountiful delicious breakfast! Would highly recommend if visiting Berat.

Beautiful old property that has been tasefully moderanized. Our room had access tp two terraces, with beautiful views across the valley and down to the center of the town. The owner was very helpful. He came to meet us, with an electric buggy, at the parking lot and arranged for dinner at a lovely restaurant (Amilia) nearby. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We would happily return for another visit. All positives and no negative. Many thanks to our host and co-workers. No negative

Superb location with incredible views. Welcoming and kind staff made us feel at home right away (Dino, Violeta, and their children). Breakfast was delicious and extra effort was made to ensure there were vegan options. No negatives!

As a disabled person I found it difficult to use the stairs, but it seems like most of the hotels in Berat are the same. The owners tried their best to help me feel comfortable
