This guesthouse was a favorite stop of ours. I could not stop gushing over the charm and character. The staff were so friendly and attentive. A welcome snack helped us settle in, the views from our room were swoon worthy, and the breakfast was unbeatable. I wish we stayed longer.

Great location in berat and an amazing restaurant Room was a little warm.

Area was lovely and the actual building hotel was lovely. Was in a great location and easy to find. The walk up to the hotel is very difficult if you had suitcases, and then the walk into the Hotel is even harder. The receptionist barely acknowledged us as she was busy texting. There was other staff around but none offered to help with our cases instead just stood texting. When we finally were showing our room it was up more stairs and the receptionist met us with a credit card machine and "You pay now" "Mini bar is extra". I had booked this Hotel to celebrate my Birthday and asked at the time to book a nice table in restaurant to be told "We don't take booking until you arrive" Anyway we went out to look around and on our return the receptionist said can I help you as she didn't recognize she had actually booked us in an hour earlier. When i did ask her for advise on taxi service she told me " Google it". We went to restaurant that night and service was not great and food was terrible. The only friendly staff member was the bar man who knew what he was doing. Im sorry I would not recommend this restaurant at all.oOur room was supposed to be Luxury but the window is straight above the noisy part of the restaurant and across the hallway from the kitchen so even at 11.30 at night the banging of dirty plates and the noise from the restaurant was bad. Would not recommend in any way this hotel 0.01 stars

Clean and nice No one informed or helped with luggages as its on a hill. Bathroom bathwash/shampoo was empty

Frankly bed matters was not satisfying

Dhoma dhe ambjenti shum i bukur. Restoranti linte per te deshiruar. Stafi i restorantit ishte i pa informuar fare kishte mesuar vetem emrat e pjatave plus ishin pak pertac. Mengjesi ishte super krahasuar me darken. Darka ishte ok por cmim i lart krahasuar me cilsin dhe sasin, personalisht me pelqeu vetem mishi. Stafi i hotelit dhe i kuzhines ishin super! Lokacion i mire per te dale ne kembe pa patur nevoj per makin qe mund ta lesh pran hotelit ka parkim me pagese.

Amazing old bricks building with very beautiful garden, preserved very good. The room had nice view to the old city and the river, and the bed in the room was soft comfy and we slept amazing. The breakfast was diverse and tasty. The stuff was kind and helpful. The room wasn’t very clean, there were spider webs in the ceiling of the bathroom, and a lot of dust on the top shelf. The hot water in the shower ran out quickly so we had to wait 30 minutes between showers.

Amazing boutique hotel. Owners were fabulous and so was the food. Everything was exceptional.

Sink faucet was loose, refrigerator leaks.

Staff was amazing, owners on top of everything, food amazing, waiters friendly. Everything was wwwaaawww. Love the place. We will go back for longer stay. We like everything.
