Hotel Gorica

Amazing view. 100% recommend. Old Town feels plus proximity to parking and main street. Staff was polite and helpful. Very cheap too!

The breakfast was fine. Location of the location of the hotel is very good. Check-in information is lacking. No one at the frontdesk. We had to call the owner to get the right room key.

Room was spacious and cool and dark and we slept great. The woman who ran the guest House insisted on sending us with homemade breakfast on our drive of fried donuts and hardboiled eggs. Location is amazing - its right as you get into town on this side and by a parking lot. Short walk so you dont have to carry your luggage far

The people running the paid parking lot were a bit off putting and confusing but no fault of the hotel

The rooms don't have the best sound proofing but as it is a calm area it didn't stop us from sleeping.

Friendly staff, room was very well taken care of. It feels authentically Albanian. And breakfast was delicious and ample, nicely presented.

Perfect location, excellent breakfast, nice staff, clean, tidy. Bathroom is a little bit small, I guess it’s because it was the last floor and the roof was not so high.

​The breakfast was super great, featuring fresh local ingredients that were the perfect start to a day of exploring. Staying on this side of the river gives you the best views and a much more authentic feel. Highly recommended for its comfort and hospitality!

Good location with a beautiful view of Berat old town. Amazing breakfast with very nice staff! Check in was super easy and we had a lovely stay, even just for 1 night. Definitely recommend! The room is nice but the facilities could be better. For the price it's nothing to complain about though.

There's nothing i didn't liked.

No receptionist for check in, u have to use ur mobile call the number at the counter. Cleaner forgot carpet for bathroom and slipper but when u call them. They bring, also this is winter better to ask more heater maybe becoz of i booked balcony room.

Nice, quiet location in the Gorica (old Christian) quarter of Berat. The free breakfast, as others have said, was pretty great. Communication with the hotel was good, including where to find cheap paid parking just five minutes from the hotel. Friendly, responsive staff. The a/c unit did not do a great job heating up the room until maybe sometime in the middle of the night. My wife was so cold she had to make a hot water bottle to stay warm. Also, the room was advertised as having a view, but I would not say that was the case.

The property is in a great location and the staff provide a wonderful included breakfast. The room was very no frills, with simple twin beds and a clean bathroom. A very good value for the price if you're not too concerned with comfort and aesthetics.

It was very cold with no warm blankets and no one to talk to at any stage, the water in the shower got cold very quickly, it was a bit noisy at night

We loved the location in the Gorica old town across the river from the more commercial section. The staff were friendly and the breakfast tasty. I don't recall why we booked the attic room (for price or novelty, perhaps) but it was a bit small to stay more than one night.
