A nice and clean hotel in a beautiful historical location, with very friendly staff. The breakfast was tasty and generous, and the hotel’s location is perfect, right across from the famous Berat Castle. I also had dinner at the restaurant multiple times, which was very good. I was initially concerned about possible noise from the nearby bar or restaurant, but this was not an issue at all during my stay.

Kitchen is on the ground floor and rooms are on the upper floor. So expect some "nice" frying oil smells. Expect that all the noises will be gone around 24:00....

No free parking. It can be quite noisy within the hotel either from thin interior walls or the very loud music from the bar across the street

Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Great location very close to the Stone Bridge. Easy walk to Mangalem.

Perfect location in Berat! Greasy base for exploring. Very beautiful and medieval feeling hotel with cool decor. Very kind staff. Good breakfast included in the mornings. The patio advertised was not for guests to hang out on, I think was for the restaurant? Be careful what room you book if it’s important you have a window. Sadly, we were in a room with only a tiny window in the roof that was covered. A bit of a shame since Berat is so beautiful. The room could use some TLC and have some finishing updates, a hook on the wall or door for a towel would be nice. The AC is loud but did the trick.

This place has everything and more. The aesthetic is amazing. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The location was fantastic. The restaurant was delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The windows could use screens during mosquito season

This was a lovely place to stay in Berat — full of character with stone walls, timber ceilings, and a really welcoming atmosphere. The location is great for exploring the town, and we especially loved the upstairs terrace where you can have dinner with a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, and having free parking (just a short walk down the road) was a big plus. It was a little tricky to find at first, especially by car — Google Street View hasn’t caught up with the newer developments, so we weren’t sure where to check in or park at first. That said, it's great to see this part of town growing and becoming more tourist-friendly. The room wasn't super soundproof, so we could hear some noise from the hallway, but it wasn’t an issue during our stay as it was generally quiet. Overall, a really nice and memorable stay in Berat with lots of charm.

Rooms were extremely dark. Insufficient hangers and not even water glasses in rooms. Rooms also heavily scented. Only two hangers in closet.

Our room was nice, but could get a little noisy being at the front of the hotel.

Charming hotel in a great location. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets closeby. Clean and cute but dark rooms as the windows are tiny. And as it is a traditional and old building, don’t expect the rooms to be soundproof ;-) Enjoyed our stay here! Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot is few metres away and free of charge, which is really great. Breakfast is included in the rate and was good.

Restaurant service varies from moment to moment. The servers can be very present or disappear for 15 minutes without any way of finding them. food was very good though (when it arrived).

Great value Nothing

Beautiful interior and exterior. Room was incredibly clean and had enough space to put all my things. The breakfast is amazing and I couldn’t believe how good it was since it was included. Usually included breakfasts are more basic. I included pics of the breakfast for reference
