Property access info sent on WhatsApp should arrive earlier, to ensure that those of us who rely on wifi receive it in time - and the message should not be on a 24-hour timer to disappear for those staying more than one night! The kitchen, whilst very clean, did not have cooking facilities (no hobs, pans, etc).

It is in a very special area and my dorm had the most beautiful view. It was quiet and the breakfast was wonderful. It would have been nice to talk to the owners or reception

It was amazing place to rest, if you have a suitcase it won’t be easy to walk up there. The owner is incredible and the beds were very comfortable.

The house was located close to the center, just 7 minutes walking away. The breakfast was really good. Staff were helpful. Everything was super clean, just like new. Would recommend to anyone who is going in Berat :)

Tucked away location, very clean and has the feel of a hotel / guesthouse rather than a hostel . The gentleman and two ladies I met who ran the hostel were very friendly and welcoming . Lovely balcony overlooking the mountains , very quite and peaceful I would thoroughly recommend. Quite a steep hill to get to, but still a convenient location .

Peaceful and cozy place. Nice and friendly owners. No issue at all. Enjoy our stay thoroughly. You might have to park your car at a public parking lot, not too far from the guesthouse.

Very clean and beautiful location. The location is great and it's a very comfortable place. For solo travelers it's not a very social location.

Everything was spotlessly clean; the fan and air conditioner made the room comfortable even when it was 40° outside; the views were wonderful; and Nikita was super helpful and friendly.

Nice house, father seemed very friendly, very clean in general I found bedbugs in our room and asked if we can go to the other room which was free. The daughter messaged me not very friendly that the room is very clean and that there are no other private rooms... Also would be nice not to wait when we arrive... We messaged 1:30 h before we arrived like she asked us to
