Charming room with beautiful woodwork, located right in the city center, near everything. It is easily accessible, next to the river, in a flat area of the city. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the host was super nice and helpful. nothing

In the center of everything. Down on the street, so everything is flat and easily walkable. Lovely host, great breakfast and conveniently located to anything and everything in Berat.

Location, cosy hotel and the host Nothing

The staff was so kind. Room is cozy and clean. It is worth for money obviously. The location is central. It is super easy to find and easy to go around.

A fantastic place with special details, very comfortable and with an easy location to access.

The room was sparkling clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. She even saved us a parking space. It was our second time there and will go again when we visit Berat city next time.

We were given a room in the other hotel just up the road which was simple but fine. The bed was comfortable with nice sheets. We enjoyed a good breakfast in the dining room prepared by the friendly host. It's a great location between the old town and the new pedestrian area, close to the river. It's not a problem of the host, but Berat is busy and there is limited parking on the streets and we had to stay in a paid parking place. The hot water ran out quickly in the shower. Stephen

The hotel, despite being located near a busy road, offered a quiet room. It has an excellent location and really good breakfast. The owner kindly gave us her parking spot as all others were occupied upon our arrival. On the downside, there was no shower curtain, so water splashed everywhere, leading to dampness and some mold due to poor ventilation. Additionally, the bed frame had a woodworm issue, with tissue-stuffed holes, and the noise was noticeable all night. Despite the listing on Booking.com stating card payments were accepted, only cash was allowed.

Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, good staff, tasty but basic breakfast (not buffet, nor 'a la carte' - eggs, vegetables, fruits, cheese, industrial cake) The check-in : we were not expected, the hotel was closed when we arrived. We called the owner and she could arrive relatively quickly, she said it was because she was busy in her other hotel. We got the room facing the street, sleeping without earplug may be challenging

Great location, very comfortable bed and a really nice fresh breakfast. Lovely host. Will definitely be staying again when I return to Berat. Nothing at all negative to say about the place
