Old boutique hotel in great location. The owner Neri and his wife help in every possible way to make comfortable. We absolutely loved they served breakfast with personal attention to our needs It’s located on steep hill and there’s no lift. So beware if you have mobility problems or have lot of luggage

Great location and very friendly hosts!

They really went above and beyond to serve us a very delicious breakfast. the room was very clean, and the location was very convenient to restaurants and coffee shops. There was a beautiful and shaded park not far away. We weren't unhappy with anything.

Lovely old-world charm in a perfect location to enjoy Berat

Breakfast was excellent, location was superb - easy access in the center of the historic district, room was large and amenities were great nothing to complain

Such a lovely and authentic place. The location is spot on, right next to the 1000 windows view point. The owners are very lovely and are willing to help with anything you need. We didn't have a parking spot, so the owner helped us with the luggage and took the car to the private parking spot(cost 2€) and brought it back the next morning. Home like breakfast that the lady prepared just for us and chocolate milk for the kids. There were no double bed in the quadruple, but that was fine for us for one night.

The family that run Hotel Osumi are wonderful hosts, very kind, and helpful. The gentleman helped us organise a taxi to and from a local winery for a very reasonable price, totally trusted him that he wouldn’t rip us off. Location is perfect, just down the road from the local bus stop and the breakfast which is included was fantastic. We visited in April and the room was a perfect temperature and had a heater if needed and can imagine in the summer the rooms are cool as the walls are so thick (the heater also becomes an A/C when needed)

Very comfortable rooms and delicious breakfasts. Situated in the heart of the old town. Friendly owners were very helpful when we had questions - they went out of their way to help us.

Exceptional

It was a great accommodation, the landlord was incredibly considerate, he helped us with the car, he moved it to a cheaper parking lot, he also suggested some awesome restaurants. The place was clean, located in the city center, the breakfast was very generous. -

We loved this hotel with its traditional architecture and perfect location. The rooms were comfortably and tastefully decorated. And breakfast was delicious. We were also so grateful for our hosts who were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here in again on a future visit to Berat.

This place offers an outstanding accommodation in the amazingly vibrant, multicultural old town of Berat. Close to tourist attractions, restaurants, yet in a very quiet area, with parking possibilities. Hosts were very kind and willing to help and to provide information about where to eat, or what to visit. Had the most wonderful breakfast, with loads of home made goodies, fruits, veggies. Would definitely go back again! There was nothing we disliked, we felt great during our short stay.

Charming property and wonderful host. He and his wife treated us very well even with a slight language barrier there. Breakfast was 10/10, location is as close to the bus stop as you can get and lovely little courtyard(where you can refill your water bottles) Nothing

The room was nice historically furnished. Owners were very helpful. Housewife makes a good breakfast. The morning walk to the nearby historic fortress with a beautiful lookout was very refreshing.

The hotel owner was very friendly and extremely helpful with our luggage and cheap car parking. He checked if we were OK all the time. Delicious big breakfast. Lovely building in the old town. No curtains in the bedroom - bring an eyemask!
