Great location, safe, clean and awesome host

It is really close to the Bergamo train station (5 min walk). Great spot. The breakfast was tasty. And they held my bag during the day while I was riding a bike. I'd highly reccomend.

The room was clean, basic but perfectly functional /essential. Fine for one night. The hotel is in the back of the train station (which could be good) but on a side that is quite isolated wish the occasional shady character walking around. No restaurants or caffès etc in the immediate vicinity, for any of that you have to cross back through the train station and exit on the other side. I am told that the location is very good for people who need to visit the nearby hospital, but it not so great for visiting the town/tourism, especially for getting around in the evening. My train was half an hour late, and so I arrived at 19:30 (I had notified the owner) ; when I got there he seemed impatient to leave and annoyed to be asked questions . I found his attitude rather gruff and not very hospitable. That said, it was mostly the location which was not ideal as it was isolated.

Lovely clean, modern property. Spacious room, lots of light. Plenty sockets. Beautiful bathroom with great shower. And best of all, feather duvet and pillows! Which I loved, I hate blankets! The location didn’t suit me as a solo female traveller. My own fault for not reading a previous review warning of the underpass to get to the property. It’s scary! I had an uncomfortable incident walking thru it, at about 8pm, no way would I walk thru it later at night. Also, the breakfast area is where the owners reception desk in. I was the only person having breakfast, and it was rather awkward us both sitting facing each other, with no conversation. I would rather some privacy to enjoy my breakfast. I wasn’t shown where anything was either, so I had to keep asking, please may I have a coffee, can I have a spoon for my cereal, where are the knives etc. My previous accommodation I was shown where everything was when I checked in.

The wifi was a little spotty in my room but nothing moving to the breakfast area didn't fix.

Nice place for solo trips. If you come to Bergamo for a few days, this place could be perfect. Small bed for one person. Private bathroom. Not far from the train station, quiet and nice neighborhood. Just don't take the room near to parking spots. Cars can be annoying, especially when you are trying to sleep)

The room was close to Bergamo station, had friendly staff and a nice pastry breakfast. Check in was a bit difficult, no staff were present when we arrived but we were able to contact them and they came quickly. Possibly our fault as we’d underestimated our arrival time from the airport!

Located on the opposite side of the train line to the city center, when walking from the city center you travel through an underground tunnel/pass below the train line, wouldn't recommend for any single females, doesn't feel all that safe at night.

Really liked the location. The train station is really close and it was important for me when I booked the room. The breakfast was good and I got a lot of recommendation about what should I check in the city and where should I eat. :)

Very friendly staff, great location close to the train station. Clean and comfortable place. Great size room with a fridge. Although the staff were very patient and waited for us, it would be good if they extend the check-in times explicitly because the delays through passport control at the airport are really bad and not something a guest can control. They kept calling me, obviously getting impatient, so I felt quite bad.
