There are several apartments managed by the same hosts. Ours was on Pignolo Avenue. The location is great, close to everything. It's situated between the lower and upper city, so you'll need to walk uphill or downhill when going to and from the apartment. The host was really helpful and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Overall, the apartment was clean, but the shower area wasn't, which was a bit surprising considering how clean everything else was. Also, no soap, shampoo, or dishwashing liquid was provided.

Stuff was really friendly and helpful, localization was very convenient (15 min both to central station and station for the città alta), the room was clean, spacious and quiet

Excellent location, although in the lower town, cita bassa. Excellent rooms for our group. 3 single beds per room. Good air con, Good showers. Boutique hotel with complimentary breakfast. When you go to the hotel, swipe the card for the electric door to open. It is very slow and causes a tendency to push the door. You will be reprimanded by the staff for touching the door

The room was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort. Everything met my expectations, and the conditions were exactly as advertised. A solid choice if you're looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay. Everything was ok.

Morning check out experience: no one at the reception, no possibility to pay the city tax with card.

Broken shower head, the towels and bed linen not changed regularly. No toilet paper. The upper room wasn't serviced at all. Breakfast was kinda okay. A lot of meat and super sweet cakes that personally we were not the fan of.

I loved the location and value. The rainfall shower head didn’t work. And the shower leaked some water onto the floor.

We bought a sponge and dish soap The apartment needs to be renovated, although there are some vintage details that should be kept (the floor was amazing) Dust and old rubbish under furniture On booking.com when they write about facilities, halv of them don't even exist We were sent to a wrong adress and had to go back to the reception and the again to look after the new one with kids in the hot weather. That flat shouldn't be on the market to be hired, it's too old. It looks like an old person died there and then they put some lipstick on the pig (in their case some canvas) and ready.

Convenience and great room and value. Loved the small details about the room. Parking and street access can be cumbersome. The skylight in the room above the bed can have you waking up with the sun at 5:30am. No problem if you have a nightshade.

Arrive for 3 night stay to a room with no windows. Large digger in courtyard entrance. Parking Street away in a busy one way street system. Refused to stay

Location. They prepared take away breakfast as we left very early. We got into the room at 5pm, we had no towels. When they arrived, after I asked my husband to ask for them looked quite bad. Kitchenette looked dirty. Carpet on the stairs was very dirty, something from the bathroom sink fell while showering. Do not recommend. There are plenty of other options. never again.
