Always feel safe and clean when I’m stay here. Breakfast quality went down over the last couple years but still a good place last minute

My room smelled really bad and the carpet was dirty. They were out of concessions every day. Also the sauna didn’t work. And the hotel phone in your room takes you to a hooker hotline

Great stay

If you don't speak Spanish you might find it difficult. The times posted for pool hours not adhere d to. Lounge area and outside not clean need outside transport containers. I chose it because I am a choice hotel member

Everything was good except the noise. Noisy. People continually using the ice machine all night. This is not an exaggeration. They should relocate the ice machine to a place where it won't bother people.

Clean rooms and close to venue

Prompt friendly service. Great location. Smoking smell each time entering room. Parking lot had big pothole in the entrance.

It was peaceful and the staff was the nicest we’ve seen yet! The price was not the same as it was priced online but I don’t think it was the hotel that did that.

Staff members very friendly and made sure I was comfortable and were ready to help if I needed help.

We were there for baseball at TBK Bank. The stay was perfect. Pool area was clean, rooms were clean, entrance was clean, plenty of parking. Guys at the front desk were nice and helpful with anything you needed. This hotel is right in the middle of all the other hotels. The area was nice and clean. Other guests were nice as well. 10 minutes from TBK Bank, felt like 5 minutes away. Close to all the restaurants and stores, perfect location. Would consider this location again.

The pool table was broken, there were missing balls, and the cue sticks had no tips. Also, I would have liked more protein options on the breakfast counter.
