Home2 Suites by Hilton Bettendorf Quad Cities

The washing machines are filthy. I wasted time getting change and paying for detergent only to find them disgusting with dirt mold etc. The room was okay could have been cleaned better. There were stains on the carpet and some mold in the shower amongst other things. I also requested a pack n play for my twin babies to sleep but it had no guard/ sheet was torn, had stains from vomit/pee/milk. And food crumbs fell from it when I opened it. I obviously didn't use it. So I had to stay up and watch them as we squeezed into the bed with with my partner and other children. The property looks ok but overall I think with improvements to cleaning and maintaing the actual rooms and replacing the pack n plays and having snug fresh covers/sheets to be washed. I had a previous stay at the Home2 suites in Kearney, NE so I was expecting a similar flawless experience and was left highly disappointed.

10/10 experience! Our family had such an amazing stay at Home2 Suites. The staff was incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming from start to finish. Everything felt clean, safe, and comfortable, and the room was perfect for our grown family with plenty of space for everyone. We especially loved the kitchen amenities in the room — such a huge plus! The breakfast was awesome too, and our kids had so much fun making their own breakfast sandwiches each morning. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we will absolutely stay at Home2 Suites again!

Everything was great! Clean, well organized, very friendly staff! Lovely breakfast. Go visit Basil and Vine across the way. Terrific food and wine list and very gracious owner and wait staff!

We had a great stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Our grandson plays traveling baseball and we stay here because it is very convenient to get to the facility where he plays. We always have a comfortable stay. The breakfast was good, but could’ve been hotter.

The staff was amazing I was looking at the rooms online and they looked great so I went to go check out the location and the manager let me check out the room before my daughter‘s birthday weekend. Everything was clean. Staff was really sweet and nice. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, a great experience.
