The elevator rug was filthy. Hotel has not been maintained and pool was closed. No refrigerator in room. Barely any toiletries. Breakfast was almost non-existent and so unappealing we skipped it. Honestly it was a dump.

Stayed in 2019 and not even close to what it was . Dirty and run down. Sheets and mattress gross. We left shortly after arriving and got another hotel.

Front desk attendant rude, elevator filthy, room was disgusting! Reeked of pot and cigarettes, had to open window. Gummy stuck to wall. Bed bugs real possibility. Someone being beaten up in a room down the hall. HORRIBLE!!!!! 1 star is generous!!

Toilet was powerful enough to flush and the continental breakfast was a joke.

The room we got had no bathroom tissue or holder to even put it on . There was no tissues . The complementary breakfast was stale donut holes and if you weren’t there early you didn’t get coffee. The bed was comfortable . The frigid sat on the floor so the door was hard to pen and close . Was one of the worst places I stayed and I stay in hotels every month

Polite staff. Rooms are clean. And parking was close to front door. Close to gas stations, restraunts and other stores.

That the hotel was almost empty the majority of the time. That is all that was good This hotel has not been updated probably since it was first built. Booking.com didn't mention that there was a pet fee for each pet for each night that was almost as expensive as the room by itself. Between picking the room online and making the reservation and getting to the hotel, it went from having pets with a double queen bed room to a non pet single queen room. Luckily they were empty enough to switch rooms. The first room had a major leak that was a long term one that they tried to say just happened and was forced to move rooms.

That rooms are clean. But the place is rundown.

Location No pool,dirty,staff was never around,no breakfast as advertised, beds was stained old and dirty,bedding was ripped,dirty walls.

The pool was not working. We had a hole in our sheets, a torn lampshade, and the chair in our room was ripped.!

I stayed 4 nights and never received new towels. No Soap or Shampoo offered in the rooms. The mounted bottle of body wash was empty and looked like it had never been changed or refilled. Why have a Pool if it is Closed all the time

Pool, hot tub , lobby restroom were all out service. The light switch and the hairdryer in the roomdisgustingly dirty like they haven't been cleaned in years. The carpet was nasty and had wrinkles that were raised all over the room. The breakfast buffet was horrible. There were 11 half filled cups of coffee abandoned next to the coffee pot, there was cereal but no milk.

I didn’t like nothing about the property.. What you see online is not what you get when you get there. I've encountered several issues, including a lack of towels despite my requests, finding a roach in the blow dryer, and having an uncomfortable bed that caused me to itch all night. Additionally, the room has a bad smell and the pool is closed.
