Since my card was on file, I was charged 345$ in extra fees due to the 1, 5hr service animal visit. No damage done to the dumpy, dated room whatsoever. Nor was the SA there overnight. She started using the room 4 days after I booked it for the week stay. So, per company policy online the fees do not match in anyway shape ot form. I will be going there to ask for a print out of the additional charges, to watch video of said "pet" on all 7 days (which I know is a lie) and disputing the additional charges in full. I attempted to check out immediately after I was in the room for 10min and saw an oriental roach on the wall and floor in the bathroom. My Aunt has been thru some things in her life and has dealt w iunwanted nfestations before and this was not a concern of hers " as long as it has hot water and a working toilet' since the her landlord is taking their time fixing the water issues at her rental. So, basically, the 500$ room for 7 days = a massive headache and BS to deal w, and an additional 345 totalling 845 plus. I would have booked her at the Hilton & not be stolen from.

it is obvious the hotel is in a downward spiral ... although clean, the carpets are old ... the staff critically lacked customer training ... only one towel in the room for two ... no extra blankets ... when I called for an extra blanket the girl said there might not be any available .... then we were leaving we got off the elevator, and two staff members were standing there blocking our way ... what we heard was a conversation which continued as it included foul language, and we had to wait at the desk for them to finish their conversation to check out ... as we had given a deposit the clerk took my receipt and left without another word ... another clerk later came and handed me the deposit without another word and walked away ..... we WILL NOT be staying there .... oh ... there were only about 5 cars in the parking lot at midnight ... said alot!

The floor in our room was wet and didn't smell good!

Also, they charged me $105 for a deposit and they refunded only $100 back to my card until I called them and told them I returned the door key card and then I was told they will refund the additional $5. It’s pathetic that they charge for the key cards and probably when people don’t realize they have been charged even if they returned the key card. It’s a scam how they are doing that! Not staying at that hotel ever again!

Could use some upgrades /very outdated

The beds were comfortable however.

Pool closed, breakfast was a joke, room smelled musky.

Poor breakfast, unrepaired wall damage in bathroom, Couldn't get to a program menu on the TV/remote. Beds and bedding and general tidiness of the room was good. Only one luggage cart for the whole hotel? AC worked well; slept well.

EVERYTHING. Outside the inhabitable conditions (mold and discolored walls) the staff members were rude and refused to refund my money.

DO NOT STAY HERE! There were at least two electrical violations including a table lamp plugged into a socket and put 4 inches from a bathroom sink. The rod in the closet was literally torn out, a package of coffee for the room, but no cups and no coffee maker. And there was more.

Refurbished but clean. Nice cheap stay.

Old unit but nice rehab.

A towel bar would have been nice by the bathroom sink. The continental breakfast was surprising in the small amount of choices that were available, pancakes, toast, and cereal. The beds were comfortable, the location was central to the places we needed to visit while in the Quad Cities, and easy to find, which is why this location was selected for our stay. Overall, if it was just myself, I possibly would stay again, but would check the plumbing and AC/heat units as soon as I checked in. I don't believe I would book rooms for others though. It wasn't a totally BAD experience but it wasn't a great one either. The stay will be most memorable for the things that were not 'good' in the rooms.

Stay here if you love crackheads. You will be approached several times asking for a cigarette or spare change. From the amout of laundry baskets they were bringing in, I'd say they probably live there. And if you want breakfast get there as soon as it starts!
