Very nice Hotel. Friendly staff. They could have breakfast option with some eggs or waffles. We had a bagel.

Clean rooms, quiet. Staff were very friendly. Though the hot tub was down, the pool area is nice. Thought there would be more option for breakfast. Only really had bagels, cereals and yogurt.

When I checked in the Hilton system was down, so they couldn't bring up my reservation or make me a key. The front desk was great. They were winging it under pressure. They got me into a room quickly & somehow gave me a key that worked.

All the staff were very nice and helpful! I was disappointed the pool was under maintenance. My grandson was very disappointed. The hotel website did say the pool was closed. Since I booked through booking.com I didn’t see this until later.

Staff was very kind and helpful when our ac was not working and they put us in the newly acquired room for the night.

My brother in law and sister did not feel safe there due to some loiterers

Everything was clean Staff was attentive and helpful Room was exactly as described and big Cons: Pool was closed Bathroom was small The thermostat did not adjust the temperature of the room. Thermostat was set to 65, but the room temp was still at 70 hours later. I woke up at midnight hot and sweaty.

Clientele, or maybe just loiterers posing as clientele were scary

Nice lobby, friendly check in and housekeeping staff. Sadly pool was closed, no milk for breakfast cereal on day one, thought they would have even gone to a regular store to get some for the next day but sadly did not. Kids and adults need their milk. Room were clean and some nice renovations were done.
