The location Location meant it was very noisy at night, also because of the exceptionally hot weather the room was too warm to sleep in.

The breakfast was delicious. The noise. Unfortunately, the room was small and stuffy and we needed to open the window but the noise from the pub, people walking past and the takeaway opposite made it difficult to sleep. The corridors had squeaky floor boards and the fire door by our room was constantly being opened and closed. Our neighbours snored all night. Sadly, we didn't get much sleep. In hindsight, we should have looked at the size of the room as it was far too small for 2 adults and 2 dogs.

Location was perfect and the pub itself was very very good. The room was small, you could hear every footstep from the guests above us day and night, not a good experience. We preferred where we stayed before which was room 1 to 6 in the original building.

Location was great, good breakfast, helpful staff. Proper pub. Room 8 had a rather smelly bathroom, so the manager kindly moved us to room 10 which was fine, warm and comfortable.

A nice little room with good bathroom facilities. The breakfast served was excellent. Well, I guess we should have been warned when staying at an inn, but the combination of extremely warm weather (making it impossible to sleep with the windows closed) and it being a very popular pub (partying hard to 1:00 am) made sleeping quite the challenge. Especially when one of the customers, who had been the heart of the party at the pub's terrace until closing time, turned out to be staying in the same building as ours and apparently decided to party on until app. 02:30 am.

Brilliant spur of the moment one night stay. stayed before at the Windmill clean comfortable .And excellent staff allowing us to check in earlier than planned. Nice full english breakfast .what more could you want ..£8 for nearby parking reasonable. Don t think there is anything not to like about the Windmill b&b Beverley

Staff were friendly and helpful, location is excellent, there is a car park across the road at £8 per day. Bed was comfortable and shower was excellent.
