Clean room, staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was good…no complaints

Excellent location in the heights. Rooms were clean. Building was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, our room was right above the fire pit and we got to hear people partying until very late at night and the traffic on the main road is loud on that side of the building. Next time I’ll request something on the other side. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Great place. Clean, we'll kept facility. Friendly staff. Only suggestion, for the grab and go breakfast, provide a bag. The front desk provided one upon request.

Beautiful place a cross from the Metra. They offer shuttle service too and from. Staff was very friendly & gave great info. Applebee's across the parking lot for pre venue cocktails/food. The rooms were so comfy and quiet. They have earl checking and late checkout available.

Everything was great and we loved the larger room with a sofa.

We had a comfortable stay at the Boot Hill Inn. Room and bathroom were both clean. I appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and lotion as I forgot mine at home. Quiet throughout the hotel. Staff at the registration friendly and on task.

We were in town for work had driven 7 hours and worked all day. Got back at midnight ready for bed pulled back the sheets and they were stained. No big deal maybe they were washed but just had a stain except there was black hair and the stain went all the way down to the mattress. Went downstairs to someone who basically said it is what it is. Gave us the wrong sized bedding sent us back up to change it. Went back down to get the correct bedding the guy seemed irritated that he gave me the wrong sheets. He then didn’t have a full set so we had two sheets to sleep with and all we got was I don’t know I’m new here and the manager didn’t answer my call. We didn’t get a note that anything would be corrected or that we would get a discount at all. We literally changed our own sheets at 1 am. To add the hot tub was down.

Breakfast was great

I liked the breakfast. The reception desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very congested traffic area. Unless you are attending an event at the First Interstate Arena (which is across the street); there is not much to walk to in the way of restaurants, etc . The pictures make the hotel look nicer and larger than it actually is.
