FairBridge Inn Express Billings Airport

I had reserved 2 rooms on Expedia, but when we checked in they only had one. They asked for proof and I showed them, but a shoulder shrug and “we have one more, book it on there and I can help you”…. Irritating but we managed. Then I realized I paid almost $50 more online than she was charging me. And they wanted $100 upfront for each room as a deposit. THERE WASNT ANYTHING TO RUIN OR STEAL. We didn’t even have towels except for 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths. It was a damn hot day and we were desperate. I’d already paid for room #1 and it would be 8-10 business days to get that all back. Nope. It was frustrating and the more I think about it it irritates me. Go in eyes wide open, not desperate like I did.

Worst place ever don’t stay there

I was shocked at the poor condition of this place. Old and beat up. Definite lack of ongoing maintenance. The curtains were almost falling off the wall. The plumbing in the bathroom was yanked out of the wall. Half of the electric outlets did not work. The blow dryer did not work. There was no closet to hang up my clothes. And to top it have off blood stains on the sheets. The only good thing is proximity to the Billings airport. Literally a 2 minute drive. I will never stay here again.

Supposedly, they are to refund that to my account. I have not seen that yet, but it’s only been a day. So, in short, expect to pay $100 extra.

We will not be booking here again. Not clean and they throw a $100 fee on when you get there. The money is returned but it’s not mentioned until you get there and cannot cancel without losing what was already paid. You could tell the floor had been somewhat gone over, maybe with a Swiffer, but it was still dirty and streaked. There was also a big hairball on the bathroom floor by the tub, dust and hair on the hair dryer, and I don’t know what else. The bed seemed clean but I don’t know for sure. The front desk was polite

Filthy tub and sink were covered in hair. hall way smelled musky. Dogs barking in other rooms was just a terrible experience staff was un helpful

Rooms are spacious, bright, updated, and have plenty of storage. There were crumbs and what appeared to be animal hair on the sheets. Towels were very small and thin, and there were not enough provided in the room.

Jetted tub did not work. Poor water pressure in the shower with very small shower head. The staff however was excellent. Polite and helpful.
