Clean room, friendly staff.

The room was very clean. There were plenty of amenities.

My family loves the location. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The price was a little higher this time but I am willing to spend that for good quality.

Location great. Front staff did take care of room change. First room smelled like weed change room to the second room second room did not have sheets for sofa bed and the bathroom floor was tacky in as whatever was used to clean it

Breakfast was beyond expectations. The body wash dispenser in the shower did not work.

Great place. Always seem to have a good experience at Springhill Suites. Front desk girl (think her name was Kayla) was super nice and deserves a raise in my opinion.

Good breakfast Good room layout Blackout curtains. The bed felt stiff and old. The HVAC is very loud. Very low water pressure. Shower floor is stained.

I liked how friendly the staff was I didn’t like that there was a shortage of towels for rooms and the pool

I booked through Expedia,I don't know who's fault i was but my room wasn't booked for the 2 nights. The hotel blamed expedia and expedia blamed the hotel. However I was moved from my room to another room. It was a hassle. I'm not sure who's fault it was but I gave it a 3.

My new favorite place to stay! Love the rooms. The staff is always very helpful and nice.

I like the spacious in the room, enough room for 3 kids and 2 adults The room wasnt clean properly, their was a used bar soap, and only one bath towel. The trash cans weren't set in its proper places and no trash bags in them.

The sofa had a few dirty spots, and the chair was broken. The air conditioner was very noisy.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. We couldn't figure out how to shut off the A/C. Off didn't work and if I adjusted the temp it would immediately bounce back to what it was. Cold night. We should have asked for help. My bad, so still giving an excellent rating.
