Friendly staff Our view was the exhausts of parked cars. Couldn’t think of a worse location for a room in the basement.

Excellent spa, lovely apartments and super location. Staff at the reception and in the restaurant were excellent. The self catering equipment in the kitchen was lacking basic implements such as a chopping board and suitable saucepans. An inventory should be checked regularly. There was an unpleasant smell from the pipes in the bathroom.

My elderly mother and I stayed in an apartment, which was bright, spacious and warm (important given the uncertain weather in October). We used the kitchenette for breakfast, coffees and snacks, but had dinner in the hotel brasserie, which had excellent fish dishes. The thermal salt water pool was lovely. Last but not least, all the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is 2km from the centre of Binz. This was a bit of a stretch to walk for my mother. There is a bus service. The hotel provides the time table for the no 27, which runs every half hour. We realised after a few days that there are other lines, such as the no 22.

Really friendly and helpful staff provided everything we requested (kettle / ironing board). Great setting by the beach, Spa is really nice - we did an aqua-robics class and each had a massage. Restaurant buffet superb, breakfast very good too. Private parking was appreciated, though a little cramped.

I am not sure how to answer that. I expected more. The breakfast and the dinner buffet were both one of the worst I have ever had! The pool area was OK (my daughter liked it) but I would compare it to a public pool, not to a nice hotel experience.

The space in the room, location was excellent -close to the beach, Binz center and Prora. Thermals were great. Good breakfast and very friendly stuff. All was good.

The staff are fabulous and have that first class can do attitude. The food was delicious and both the dinner and breakfast buffet was of a high quality The hotel is modern and fresh with an old school nostalgic family feel. The location is perfect, the spa is exceptional and we loved that our children could join us in relaxing . This is our second stay here and we will definitely be returning. I would have liked an extra hour of the spa / sauna it would have been lovely to use it after returning from our evening stroll .

Everything was fine really. Breakfast was excellent and everything was nice and quiet. We would have loved a coffee maker or at least a kettle!

Nice hotel Shake there was so Manu trees betjene the beach and the hotel, so we could varela see the beach from out room. We drive Electrical car, and charging on Rügen is not good. The hotel should really get some charging posibilities, that would be very nice

The position, the apartment was new. The SPA was wonderful If I have to be picky, it is missing a charging station for electric cars. The rest is perfect
