Beautiful Inside Staying in a different Building as The Rest of the Hotel

Check in must be done in the hotel and always very busy. We didn't try the pools , for me to crowded.

In my room, water is stuck in bassinet. I complaint to receptionist but there was no technician available to help.

Room was spacious with all facilities WiFi did not work most of the time. Issue was not resolved although I communicated it to reception 2-3 times

Very comfortable Hotel with a big breakfast bar. Modern design room with a spacious bed. The complex is close to the main station and located directly at the beach. The opening hours of the spa could be longer. All in all, a nice place to stay for a couple of days.

I really liked the SPA. Nothing

The pool was great , and the apartment was well equipped and comfortable and clean .Good location very quiet for the amount of guests. Front Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was not serviced once on our stay of 4 days , breakfast was ok and they tried their best to accommodate loads of guests but more cooking staff would be good. Maybe the staff in the pool area could be more friendly :-( ...pity as its a lovely place .

It’s calm and the bed is really cosy. I found hair in the bed that wasn’t mine.

Breakfast was good, enough choice for everybody Parking was excellent Location was good, close to the beach and 10 to 15 minutes walk to the city center The staff at the reception, hard to understand in the German language We stayed in the Arkona strandresidenzen, room was big Cleaning service in the room was once in 5 days, exchange of the towels was to be asked for at the reception. In our room the water cooker broke down, asked for a new one, no quick action by the reception, house keeping problem For the wellness you have to cross the street in your bathrobe, not mentioned in the hotel description Control unit for the toilet flushing broke down on our last night reported this at the reception

The SEA. Too hot in hall and in the roomsair condition wasn' t working.

Spacious room/apartment. Reasonably well equipped (some kitchen tools missing). 2-3 minutes walk from the beach. Great garage (although expensive). The check-in process was incredibly slow and manual (lots of papers): I waited around 40 minutes to complete check-in and it seemed to be about the same for the other guests as well. Secondly, our A/C only blew hot air (at the coldest setting) - I reported this twice and both time I was promised that a technician would come. Nobody came so we had to sleep with windows and doors open which, on the ground floor, felt a bit unsafe and it was also loud (cars and seagulls).

Overall a good place. Very close to the sea. The staff was very friendly which is rare in Germany. We need more of that. Check-in is a bit too late and check-out is a bit too early. Parking is quite expensive. The staff was somewhat disorganised, probably new and this will improve.
