The location is good very close to a bus stop where bus 29 takes you around. It’s also close to the Main Street of the town that access to the beach and lots of restaurants. I paid extra for a room with balcony, the photo displayed a view from an upper floor. What I got is a room on the grand floor with a view to the parking lot and the street. And when I bring up my disappointment to the manager she said it’s because of last minute booking. But you are charging the same fee for a room with a parking lot view and a room with ocean view?! I don’t find her reasoning convincing at all. Rather ridiculous and unacceptable. But the lady was very rude she doesn’t want to do anything about my disappointment and my question about the charge, but just keeps yelling “you have to pay this fee!” Also the cleaning lady barged into my room when I was in the shower, there is no sign you can put on the door to keep them out. And apparently they want to clean your room even if you are checking out in one hour. They are not even sorry they just said it’s an “accident”. The staff don’t speak English except a young girl. But she didn’t seem want to translate my complaining. After I was forced to pay the fee they laughed at my back. I’ve never felt so humiliated at a hotel, and I’ve stayed at a lot of them around the world. The breakfast was disappointing. The room is near a main road so you’ll hear cars and motorcycles loudly cruising around even after midnight. And if you are lucky to have a “balcony view” room on the ground floor you will hear people coming to breakfast from 6am onwards. With the same amont of money you can find much better experience on this island.

Close to the main street of beautiful Binz. Nice two rooms with lobby type area. Countertop with fridge and tea making facilities. Breakfast seemed to be extra despite booking stating was included. Bed comfortable if a little creaky.

Great location, near the main mile and not far from the beach. Rooms are spacious, clean, with all main things you need for a short stay. Breakfast was excellent.

Everything! It was cozy, clean, reasonably priced, great location, very good breakfast, nice bedroom, comfy sofa bed, excellent bathroom with separate bath and shower, and the staff were so helpful- wonderful in fact!

Very nice hotel. Food was good, rooms - big and clean, and the shower cabin was great after a full day of hiking. It was a very enjoyable stay. The sound isolation is not perfect - we could hear our neighbors.
