Nice hotel well placed and nice room with a small fridge (which is rare in UK). not stayed long enough to find wrong items.
-
Nice bathroom, love the sleepers and bath robe as well as the breakfast which you can order the hot food the door steps are hard to access, not good for disable people, maybe in the future can be further improved

Rest in peace Location
-
Great location for my work. Very generously sized room with nice finishing touches Not making it clear you’re charging 15 p/d for parking a car… grabby pricing for a premium hotel - what is it about Birmingham 4* hotels charging customers to park outside a facility they’re paying for?

The building was outstanding to look at, the room was ok, as were the beds. The bathroom felt dated and the breakfast was very dissapointing, to think the hotel charges £6+ for this is pretty ridiculous Breakfast food was very poor quality. I would have expected better from a 4* hotel. Also I didn't expect to pay so much for parking, considering the cost of the room I booked this should really have been included.
-
It was clean, location is perfect. I think that was quite cheaper when we consider the quality of service that we ve taken. And also staff were really helpful, sending my best wishes to them. If I go to the Birmingham, this hotel will be my only address to stay. Nothing.

Property is average - very small hotel and I would classify as 3+ not 4 star. Staff at the reception are not very helpful, not welcoming.

I recently had a blissful three-night stay in my hometown, staying at the Delta Marriott at Five Ways. All of the staff were a pleasure to deal with throughout my stay. The reception and engineering staff were excellent at helping me when I had a very minor issue with overhead noise in my room on the first night, and the housekeeping ladies were doing wonderful work whenever I saw them. Other highlights of my stay included my upgrade, the spaciousness of my room, the big windows and lovely views, having a good (big) desk to work at, the cleanliness of all areas, and the insulation that made my room magically quiet even though it overlooked Five Ways Island! Thank you to all for a truly delightful stay!

We stayed at Delta Hotel Birmingham for one night to see a concert. Hotel lovely and clean. Staff was very polite professional and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and again the two people working could not do enough for us. I must name Khalil at Reception. He was really professional approachable and friendly. If they had employee of the month then I would recommend him.

Room was very good, bed comfortable but the heating wasn't great Heating

Very comfortable beds, very clean and quiet, peaceful There wasn't anything we didn't like. Being lactose intolerant I would have appreciated some oat milk sachets in the room to make a coffee with. But that's only a very minor suggestion
