Best Western Carlton Suites

Clean hotel room. The favorite part was the manager was very kind and talked to everyone traveling and that felt very welcoming. We also really enjoyed the coffee and the breakfast in the morning, especially the baked goods. We are from California and we were so far from home so it was a nice place to stay.

Good stay, but definitely replace mattress. Pool was extremely cold for an inside one.

Hotel lobby shows signs of major water damage from the ceiling to down the walls. The first room I was assigned had mold on the AC & bathroom vent. The 2nd room was mold free but the ceiling showed water damage, the room felt damp & the bathtub had a constant drip. It worked for a quick 1 night stay but wouldn’t stay for multiple nights.

I was only in town for the night for a concert. The room was fairly decent, could use some dusting though

Dead spider in the bed, sticky stuff on the floors by the side tables by the bed, sheets were stained YELLOW/brown like someone had thrown up or peed on them. Absolutely would never stay again.

Staff was friendly

Upon check there is an additional fee. The room was not swept well. The tv where the beds are was not working well. I had to figure out how to get the channels to work. Breakfast was closed @ 9:02 am. Upon checkout I had to wait on a worker to check my room before my deposit was given back. There was a baby roach crawling on the inside of the door when I enter the room.

The breakfast buffet was good, but it would've been much more enjoyable if the attendant had not watched us like a hawk, as well as the other guests. It made me uncomfortable. Nowhere to sit our luggage in the room, other than the beds or a loveseat that had stains under the cushions and crumbs, most everything had to go on the floor. There were 4 of us in a room, yet there were only 2 washcloths and 2 towels. The room was humid and floors were sticky. Door to the room had to be slammed hard to close it. The real kicker is that there was a small smear of human feces on the wall next to the toilet. The wall was white, so you could tell what it was. We will not book there again.

It was good Food was excellent

The breakfast was ok, however you were watched like a hawk in my opinion. The room was not up to par I know it was older, however the smell in the room. The dirt in the corners from poor cleaning and the floor had gaps in the wood or whatever it was made of. That you could trip over. The door to the room maybe because of age didn't work well.

Elevator broke down while we were there we stayed on the 4th floor….. bags and kids was a nightmare our first room was reeking a urine smell which we were quickly accommodated to a better room which was on the 4th floor… the room had its flaws but was all in all better than the 1st room. I stayed better places for the price!

Staff was very kind and useful ! Room was acceptable for a Owr friendly property. Bathroom wasn't great but acceptable.

The location, the size of the room, the laundry room and the pool! The water was off for several hours on 1 day of my stay with no accommodations. Also the first alarm continued to go off.

The management was terrific. Had issues with the T V in our room, the management responded immediately and corrected the issue.
