Great location for the NAC, really cool vibe. The hotel staff were super friendly. Food was great. Nothing really, really liked it, I suppose, just in terms of value for money. It was about the pricey side, but it definitely felt like I was getting my money's worth.

Very quiet location, never heard a thing all night. Very close to Birmingham International station, the NEC and a few minutes from resorts world and BP Pulse arena. Very powerful shower and everything was spotless. There is some quirky lighting, under the bed a light works on a sensor so if you get up in the night it comes on automatically. Didn't use restaurant or bar but looked very inviting and trendy. Duvet seemed a little flimsy.

Can’t fault the Moxy, it’s convenient for events at BP Pulse. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the rooms have everything you need. I find the hotel staff very helpful, providing what you need to ensure your stay is comfortable and easy. I’ll definitely be back next year if my convention is held at he same location. Breakfasts! I don’t think the quality of breakfast is worth the £16 charge. A better breakfast would raise hotel’s overall score to exceptional

I loved the quirky decor and the atmosphere. The room was very clean and some of the staff go above and beyond for the customer. The dining area tables could do with being cleaned after customers have used them. We found several tables were dirty and net curtains have food stains on them.

Great location and all round good hotel and experience. Hotel room was small but as expected for this price. If had everything you needed for an over night stop off. Breakfast had a good selection and opened early which fitted in with our visit to the NEC. Downside, reported stain on bed to reception, but no one came to resolve, plus went to shower in the morning and all shampoo, shower gel refillable bottles were empty. Would use again though as parking and location were very good.
