Helpful staff, comfy bed, close to New Street Station. Antisocial car-related behavior in the small hours and other noises- but it is a city centre hotel. Breakfast facility would have been nice.
-
Only gripe was no lighting directly above bathroom mirror. Ceiling light cast shadows for shaving
-
Me and my friend felt racially abused when checking in by other guests i didnt like anything

Everything is good TV nd rooms in some little smelly

Clean and comfortable nice decor and had a bath and shower in my room. The bed was spacious and very comfy and there was not much noise considering central location and opposite the train station. Lots of food outlets and massive shopping centres.I will definitely book again. Not keen on the lift but that's just me so had to use the stairs up to the third floor

Great location and luckily there is parking in the China Town carpark for £8.60 for 24 hours which is much better than other car parks. Car parking is very expensive around this area! Staff were helpful and polite. Decor is dated but clean

Very bad smell.

The bed was ok, not the most comfortable.

The fact that I'm paying to stay in a hotel that homeless are getting for Free what an absolute joke of a place making people pay to stay here when when u have addicts staying here for free is absolutely a joke when ur charging people too can't even get back in the building with out buzzing absolutely appalled

Great location when traveling by train. Plenty of restaurants and pubs in the area.
-
Room was very warm so had to open the window, this meant it was a bit noisy. There's no breakfast facilities but easy to find at the nearby train station
-
Hard to find at first then conveniently located to the station.
-
Loud music till 10:15pm when tried sleeping

The room was clean and spacious. Good towel provision. Minute lift; I walked up the three flights. The bathroom door was large and slightly awkward to get into (being near the entry door); also the bathroom was a bit tired and had no surfaces or hooks. Each of the two beds had only one pillow. The sash windows could be opened but would not stay open.

I booked a single room and got an upgrade to a double for free. Good size room and bathroom. The room was spotless, had a full length bath with shower and sink. Had about 10 hangers. It is located right next to New Street station. The staff were lovely. It was cheap so I expected it to be dated and it is. For a great location, comfort and price I was happy. I didn't mind but the lift is small and it's a cage one where you need to close the inner door yourself. Some might not be keen. The hotel were great but trying to get an Uber was a nightmare because although they park outside the hotel, if you order one from the hotel the Uber app makes you go to the Drop and Go tunnel in the station. So if you intend getting Ubers, be aware of that too.

Cheap for one night. Barely got any sleep, there was constant noise coming from the street outside, with the single glazed window not stopping any sound. People walking up and down the corridor, doors slamming. Then housekeeping making noise at the crack of dawn. Also, the "cold" water tap just runs warm, even after running it for 5 minutes, so ended up drinking warm water. Bed sheets were covered in small hairs.

Central location Dated and generally needed some TLC

None. I The staff not helpful. No staff at the reception. The room was not all that clean. The toilet had splashes of urine on the seat. I did not stay at that hotel. I had to leave that night.
