Clean with fantastic spa facilities. Sky Bar Restaurant closed a little early at 9:30pm but room service was still available after this time.

Location perfect for BP Pulse. Also lovely lake setting. Room well cared for by housekeeping. Not a dislike but breakfast a little chaotic. Hard to find staff to refill milks and drink station basics.

Restaurant staff were excellent and helped out with gluten free request. Breakfast was excellent. On trying to get to the gym and pool I was given a code by reception who didn’t know the gym was closed. They said I was sent an email before arriving about it but I was flying and didn’t see it. I paid a premium for a gym which wasn’t available. Gym closure and lack of signage.

The rooms were nice and had a decent tv with screen sharing ability. Air con and shower good and nice toiletries. Proximity to restaurants and cinema also great. The spa was very over full, to the point that we couldn't use it. As that is a big part of the draw to this hotel I felt short changed. It was also nice, but not impressive enough of a hotel to justify the cost. I've stayed in better for less money.
