Alert!!! If you are looking for a getaway to celebrate or to entertain, lady luck is not the place!!! After a day of travel, we entered our room and wanted to get a shower to freshen up for the evening. It was disappointing to say the least when there was long black ladies hair on the shower tile. When we brought this to the attention of the hotel staff, the only thing we heard were excuses. The front desk lady reached out to management, management said they would look into it and have a housekeeper clean the shower tile. When we made it back to our room for the evening at 1:30 in the morning, the shower still had not been cleaned . When we brought this to attention to the staff, we only heard excuses. We had to prove our concern by showing photos and videos.. The staff not once advocated for us the customer. We only heard excuses. We are celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary, the last thing we want to do is be concerned with cleanliness of the room. Wondering what else is dirty. All this trouble to get ab$20.00 resort fee waived …. Caesars management, we know Lady Luck is an affiliate of yours is this how you want to be represented? Advocating for the customer acknowledging the concern and apologizing for the inconvenience would have done wonders for our experience. This did not happen. Caesars or good luck please respond to least acknowledge that you care more than make excuses!!!

Not expensive and worth the money. Everything was clean, staff helpful, easy check out. Just needed a microwave. Did have a refrigerator but could not heat up leftover or Starbucks coffee that I put in the refrigerator so made an iced coffee. All in all not a bad stay if you don’t opt for luxury. It was acceptable.

Room was what we needed to crash for the night.

The front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The room was clean, although a little cold even on the Summer Solstice - we figured it out The food at the restaurant and cafe was horrible. My girlfriend sent back the pancakes, PANCAKES!!, as being dry and hard (she NEVER sends back anything!). The grilled chicken sandwiches from the grill were hard and, OH SO DRY! NO amount of sauce of any kind could remedy that!!! Still I'd go back, just dine elsewhere!

We arrived early to check in, 1hour, We asked the front desk for handicap room with two queen size beds. Not available. Asked about toilets being higher??? Yes they replied. NO WAY. Then they said early check-in- 11:00 extra. When will hotels STOP gouging people? listened to people's dog barking all night, young kids in the hallways at 3:22 am. Beds leave little relaxation, pillows forget it. We saw the check-in downstairs and a light went on in our heads. We stayed here once before and because of the same reasons AND the parking garage not to truck friendly we now remember Lady LUCK is not so much luck for our stay.

This was a great place to stay. The food was amazing and the rooms were clean.

Very comfortable bed and pillows! Floors could have been cleaned better. Kept stepping on tiny rocks in bathroom, and somewhere my husband ended up getting a short screw stuck in bottom of sock and poking into his feet. Probably from the carpet by the bed. Also the air vent in the bathroom was extremely dusty.

The location and the accommodation were fine. We booked a room with 2 beds, but the staff told us they currently have only rooms with 1 bed because of a company providing bedding services. After having to go to the reception desk 2 times a day, we eventually got another room with two beds, and the staff took care of the resort fee for the first two days. This is definitely not sufficient reimbursement, as we essentially got 50% of the booked accommodation for the first three nights of our stay. Not mentioning the fact that the hotel is claiming to have "Free parking" and "Free WiFi" here on Booking.com, while in fact, these are provided for the (mandatory) resort fee, not included in the price of the booking.

Nothing. Cost 200 dollars more than what booking said it would be Trish. Trish is the customer service representative that charged me 200 more than the booking and would not take two forms of payment. Cash and card or card and card
