After parking, went up 2 floors to check in. Nobody was there. Used the phone to call, and the person that answered said that they were short handed. Did not offer to send someone over to help. Said to walk aprox 2 blocks to another building to check in. After complaining, he said to use the kiosk. The kiosk did not work. Had to walk the 2 blocks, and during the check-in, nobody apologized. Very un-professional for a large hotel.

I only wish there was centralized food service connecting the concepts with each other. Other than that, no nonsense way of running a business at an affordable price.

Our room was horrible. The AC didn’t work. There was a flicker in the bathroom light. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and there was zero staff available to speak to you at night. Horrible for a $300 dollar room.

The route to the front loby was confusing, and some staff were also confused. However, the front lobby was accomodating, very friendly & it felt like home. When I returned having misunderstood the directions, one representative walked me to the elevator. It was very much appreciated after a long hard day.

We love staying at LadyLuck. It has access to two casinos - Lady Luck and Horseshoe without going outdoors. It is comfortable and inexpensive. I hit a jackkpot on the Urn slot machine at Horseshoe.

They have no one at the front desk, we had to walk to the other hotel to check in.
-
The only downfall was I didn't win anything at the casino, and the dash cafe was very dirty, and everything was empty .such as the ketchup ect...the food wasn't that great

Property was clean and quiet. Room was comfortable. Only issue was we asked for a working clock. It was promised but never delivered and no one at the desk to make a second request.

I don't even stay on the night and when I get there after 2:04 a.m. they say that I have a reservation but they cancel it.

Bad staff Better and more polite

Only issue I have is young lady checking us in was overwhelmed at the desk at the 4 pm rush. Both self check in kiosk were broken, so you had to wait in line. Room was great no issues!
