No light near stairs near room, parking difficult on southern side, one side of electric blanket not working, driveway entrance hjas large dip very difficult for low car & has obvioulsy needed maintenance for a long time.

Very clean. Large room. Electric blankets. Hot shower. Easy to find and easy to park. Good location, close to town. Check in available quite late, easy self check-in. Nothing.

Great location

The 4 steps down to the room from the gravel car parking meant carrying suitcases instead of using wheels. The external lighting was not on although it was dark at 5.30pm. The steps were not even height so were hazardous in the dark.

Clean cozy room with courtyard. Heater was good. Nice vibe. There were a few empty buckets and some piles of leaves which could have been picked up.

The location is perfect with a few minutes walk to the cafes and restaurants. The room was well equiped with required amenities like toaster, kettle, etc. Friendly helpful staff. Would have better if the milk is stored in the room fridge.

Facilities are dated and in need of a bit of love. Shower was very low and curtain near the front door didn't fully block out from a privacy perspective. No protection from the noise, particularly the train line during the night.

Not a lot to like. Upon arriving at reception the woman on reception sat at the computer terminal and made me wait while she stared into the screen, she was not operating a mouse or keyboard, I was not greeted just asked "do you have photo ID?" I was then asked without viewing the ID "do you have booking and what surname". I was offered milk, enough for one nights stay not two and told I would be in room 15. This woman was truly ignorant and not suitable as reception, no smile, no hospitality and disrespectful.

pretty clean , not excelently cleaned very old old furniture, toilet didnt work properly curtains were hanging off,

If I had known there were rooms with only step access I would have requested a room with flat access. The grounds could do with some tlc.

A clean large room in an older motel that had been re-furbished. Bed was comfy and air conditioning excellent. Not a big deal but TV remote needed batteries, office shut when we got home after dinner out.
-
The location of the motel is only a short walk to the centre of Blackheath.

Was close to everything

really comfy bed, the heater warmed the room really quickly, electric blankets ensured a super warm stay. Kettle and a minifridge were useful too, spare blankets and pillows were great. Stayed twice, both times we had a question or an ask and the staff were really helpful.
