Was clean and some staff was approachable WiFi was supposedly working but it never connected and said i didn't order breakfast but I did had to show them proof on booking order some staff looked miserable.

Bed was comfy and clean The lift was awful and most of the time the gate of the lift wasn't shut so couldn't be used which was not good as I have mobility issues.The room was clean but very hot with only a tiny window to let any air in.

Just the location The rooms was dirty and digisusting, the pool was cloudy and looked dirty a inch worth of dust on top the wardrobe. Lots of dust in the walls and behind the bed. There was loads of rubbish under the bed . My partner went for shower and the soap dispenser came off the wall in her hand. The window sill and the frames of the windows will filthy it was like they never clean the rooms

Room was clean pool not clean pool needed cleaning and staff need to oderving people when in the pool as people videoing when other people with vulnerable children in the pool and people as and was not asked permission and talking in different languages and was looking at me and my child so was not happy with the out come the managers decision and still charged for been in the pool for 10 mins at the most as felt really uncomfortable and didn't offer a refund so was very unhappy and the lift was not adequate for my disabled child in his buggy to get in lift so was unhappy about this also Location
