Clean rooms and facilities. Nice breakfast (vegetarian catered for). Friendly and helpful staff. good location - close enough to town centre, far enough for peaceful stay. Parking available at reasonable price. We were very happy with our stay. No adverse comments. No suggestions for improvement.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a pleasant place to relax after a busy day. The guys we met were both lovely and so accommodating! Breakfast was lovely with lots of options! The Bromely is in a fabulous location as it was away from the hustle and bustle buttram stop is just across the road. The room was really spacious and can tell the guys have put their hearts and soul into the place. Absolutely spotless! Felt very safe and comfortable that its a fob system to enter the building too Beds werent very comfortable however I know you can't please everyone, couldn't move the shower head higher or lower but thats more personal preference

We had a really enjoyable stay. They accommodated us with a ground floor room, which had everything we needed. Their attention to detail was spot on. The breakfast was lovely and the price was more than reasonable. We will definitely go back. That we couldn't stay longer

Lovely place and great value with wonderful breakfast Some fixtures and fittings needed some attention in the bedroom, I let the owner know so hopefully he will be on with it for the next guests.

Located just across the street from a tram stop so super convenient for getting around. Breakfast was superb and the owners have put loads of effort into the decor, which is just lovely. The best part for me was the beds, which were really comfortable!

Friendly hosts, good location to town centre, bars and winter gardens approximately 10mins walk. Rooms was clean, a good size and we had a good nights sleep no noise, and had comfy kingsize bed. Breakfast was buffet self service, we had a full English which was cooked perfect with quality ingredients. There was cereal, toast, pastries, juices, tea and coffee. Had a great stay and would definitely return. What’s not to like!…

Everywhere was spotlessly clean Room 7 was too small, beds too close together. Breakfast not served till 8.45 and stopped serving at 9.15
