I like the room had lots of space, 2 chairs and a double bed as well as draws and a wardrobe to put my stuff in. I did find it a bit awkward that the toilet roll holder was facing the toilet from behind it, and the shower's water temperature was a bit too hot and no matter what I did I couldn't seem to get it cooler. Also for the last 2 days of my stay my rooms bins weren't emptied, and my towels weren't changed, I know there was a sign in the bathroom telling you what to do if you wanted new towels but it wasn't very specific

The waiting on staff were fantastic The pillows had sweat stains and the insides had clumped up from sweat The mattress had springs poking through and was of extremely poor quality There were towels placed in the bathroom over what appeared to be a blood stain on unit My sons quilt had a blood stain on it I have pictures as proof of all the above

The Victorian style is lovely and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms were. Staff on the front desk and behind the bar were lovely The location of the toilet in the bathroom is very narrow, someone larger couldn't fit in there ,also the toilet blocked a lot

The property was clean. The fact that the floor of the room keeps making noise whenever we are walking on it.

The staff are very friendly and helpful . The rooms are clean and comfortable . The room we were in was sooo hot !! The fan provided didn’t help at all , I had to wet a towel to cover my granddaughter who was too hot to sleep !
