Nothing Filthy, dated, smelled of drugs, dossers in corridors, damp, stained, unsafe absolute cesspool

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean There was no hot tap! They turned it off, so you can't clean your hands after using the toilet! Also, the toilet didn't have enough water to completely flush. Then they only turned on the water for the shower in the evenings. Fortunatly it afforded me enough when I got in... but there was no inbetween, it was either freezing or scolding. The bed was OK, but rather hard, had a stiff back in the morning. The wifi also didn't reach my room at the back of the hotel.

It was closer to town and all the activities by the beach The beds are old and uncomfortable

The guy who worked there was friendly At checkout noone around at all to hand key in. We called the number what was displayed. So in the end we had to hide the key and hope they found it. Im 99% sure it was just me and my family in the hotel.

Friendly staff especially the Scottish guy he had great customer service skills We had no hot water and the shower was a dribble . Shower times between 2 hours in the morning and 2 in the evening only and it still wasn't warm . We had to have cold showers :(

The location was good. The property is one to avoid at all costs. Apart from the location and customer service offered by John and colleague the property has nothing good to offer. The hotel exterior and rooms advertised are misleading as we didn’t get the sea view rooms we paid extra for. Booking.com was to blame. The exterior and interior is outdated. The rooms are filthy and we had to request a thorough clean even when the two rooms we booked were supposed to have been cleaned and by ‘Lisa’. The bathroom door to one of the rooms did not close, toilets don’t flush, hot water is only available from 8am-10am and 8pm-10pm although you wouldn’t want to shower in the shower cubicles. You have to pay £12 for parking but also risk being blocked in. The hotel amenities are misleading. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It’s not suitable for adults or children. The hotel including the complementary towels stink of cigarette smoke. You can expect to see insects and spider webs and maybe even bed bugs. It should be closed down by environmental health and trading standards.

Th Scottish lad that owns / works there Everything else. Have stayed here before but had forgotten until I pulled up. For a start when you book it says free parking on the website but then a couple of days later you get an email to say its £12. The room was tiny which was fine. Paid for a sea view but tne window was that dirty with hand prjnts on you couldn't see. The hotel is very dated. There were stains all over the place that could easily be removed. There was no remote for the telly. No hot water in the shower. Didnt bother saying anything as only there for the night. No hand wash just 1 pack of shampoo. The bed was very uncomfortable. Last time I stayed it was in December and there was no heating in the room so it was freezing. The Scottish lad is nice enough but there's much nicer hotels than this for cheaper so look around!

John was the best thing about the place Old, dated. Had to pay £100 cash deposit. . Only one plug in room. Shower didn't work. Window didn't close. Wifi didn't work. No remote for tv. No bar despite messages advising of opening times. Needs a lot of love and investment

Location Shower water was cold, toilet didn't flush properly, not enough plug sockets, only 1 towel each, several lights not working, wall paper shabby, some ripped and patchy, bed was squeaky
-

The young lad who runs it were so friendly and nothing were too much trouble for him. The room was comfortable and a beautiful sea view To be fair the hotel is right for the price so nothing we didn't like
