Lovely location, close to city centre and Winter Gardens. Stayed twice now and intend to stay again next year. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was stocked with hot drink making facilities, private bathroom with extra toilet rolls, tv, and wardrobe with lots of hangers. Nothing to fault

Host very helpful and friendly. Breakfast all freshly cooked piping hot and constantly topped up. Property very clean great to have parking at the property and great location The stairs were very steep and it didn’t have a lift

Room was lovely and spacious, en-suite was big, bed was comfortable so slept well. Nice to have parking on site too although it was a tight fit! Don’t think anything could have been improved
