Was hoping for a 2 night stay at least but circumstances give us only a 1 night stay and it was a very good day an night the hotel is in a good location near tower, clean, pleasant ,great welcome and a great breakfast won,t hesitate to book again if and when circumstances chance.

Perfect location , owner was lovely & welcoming Very small room not much floor space , no plug sockets near kettle , bathroom had a smell to it

Breakfast was good, staff were lovely and would help anyway they could. Enjoyed the location and we had a peaceful sleep despite being in the centre of Blackpool. Minor things. Bit of a squeeze for a family room. Door could have benefited from a handle as it wasn't easy to close. TV a bit on the small side. Other than that - all good.

Breakfast really good nice host friendly managed to park car on drive which was a bonus Location was good walking distance to sea front able to come and go as we pleased. Room was a little to small bed against wall which made it a little difficult but clean and comfortable

On arrival we were very well greeted service with a smile and very friendly had originally booked one night but changed to 2 nights and had free upgraded room was lovely room and owners very pleasant and helpful had a great stay and will be back

Location is great 5/10 minute walk to everything. We stayed one night and the host was lovely made our stay really nice and the breakfast was lovely the next morning. Couldn’t do enough me and my little ones. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed it The bathroom and toilet was a bit small for our family room but everything else was great.

Upon checking in Bridget was soooo friendly... Breakfast was great .. Quick service.. Would defo stay here again.. 5 mins from tower beach and shops bars.. Even tho I couldn't turn the shower off( blonde moment) Bridget came up straight away and turned it off :) Defo 5 stars Pillows lol
