Close to the Winter Gardens Incredible amount of stairs

It is the perfect location for the event I was attending. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a nice looking bar area and breakfast room but I did not have breakfast in the hotel and was too busy at the event therefore didn't spend time in the bar either. The WIFI was very good! I would have liked a more water pressure and flow in the shower.

Centrally located for winter gardens and shopping centre. Room was clean. But curtains see through and backed onto another room /window and couldn’t put the light on. Window opened but wouldn’t stay up. Our Room had a false ceiling that clattered went someone else in the building shut a door.

We didn’t get the type of room that was booked and the water pressure was terrible, the water was trickling from the tap.

Only the location was good Staff were all miserable. Hotel not clean. Breakfast was almost non-existent. Kettle was furry. The bathroom stank.

The location There was hair in the shower on the dresser and even one in the bed. You should not see any trace of previous persons staying. I would never stay again. Couldn’t wait to leave .

Location to The Winter Gardens. All dancers paid for breakfast. Previous trip in April we were allowed it early 7am. Advised on arrival nothing cooked before 8.30 but could get croissants and fruit as we left. Unfortunately staff locked dining room and all dancers checked out without breakfast. Stayed on second floor with a child. Window was a huge health and safety. On arrival it was rolled up and fully open without any safety measure to prevent a child getting out. Shower head broken and would not clip to frame. Water pressure poor.

Location good Was not clean atall. When we went into our room it was smelling strong of cigarette smoke and there was ash and a cigarette butt on the floor next to the bed. There was empty glasses and bottles lying throughout the hotel that were in the same place the whole time I was there. The breakfast waa very poor aswell. A bowl of beans and a boiled egg was your only hot option.have stayed here many time but this will definitely be the last.

Very close to where we wanted to go ideal location to Blackpool tower and the piers A cooked breakfast would off been great but it was a bank holiday but a continental breakfast was served instead
