The window won’t open and the rooms to hot. So the Hotel needs new Windows. I would like The Management to phone me to to see how a positive improvement can be made.The main point being is how can the Hotel finance the actual work that is required so the Guests have real value for money. It’s completely n totally unfair that Guest have no discount due to the Hotels ongoing problem. Much regards Stephen ??

That it had parking. Not too far to walk into the middle of Blackpool. The staff were very friendly especially the young girl cleaning she was lovely. Nice surprise that we had a fan in the room which was needed due to very hot weather. And it was very quiet. That you had to pay £7 for parking at the hotel. When you are a guest.

Location was nice, view of the sea was nice Staff were barely literate, openly hostile to the customer in front of me in queue who was complaining about cleanliness. Homeless local people in the foyer with their dogs. Guests were doing skids in their shitty 20 year old bmws in the car park. Paid £7 to the price to park in car park. I found a used cotton bud under my sheet. Other guests appeared to be bringing local prostitutes to the hotel. Staff in the morning rolled their eyes because I interrupted their conversation about how hungover they were.

Only the view from it Bed and bath was not clean ,u can’t even open the window even it was hot,fan was there but was really hot,and bad smell was coming from the bed,kettle was disgusting have white jelly inside ,complained 3 times then got changed,even my wife bitten by bed bugs as well

The location is great. Parking availability is good. Having a pool is a plus! The website/booking.com should be transparent about the parking charges, pool charges, pool towel charges and being allowed to use the pool only via booking a time slot. Furthermore, you can only use the pool for a 1hour time period per morning and/or evening session. You should know this before booking a stay here. Although, some guests leave their garbage in the carpark and reception area and those guests should be responsible for the disposal, maybe the hotel could look into doing something about that. Such as warning signs about littering. On a positive note, the staff are excellent!
