On street parking outside the property. Front of ptoperty was well kept and clean. The interior was spotless. The welcome was warm, proffessional and polite. The pre ordered breakfats were hot and delicious. Highly recommend this stay. We would defo stay again. Nothing

Quite a good location, it was ok, we only stayed 1 night. It could do with some tlc. The shower cubicle was a bit mouldy. Beds a bit lumpy, there was plenty of tea and coffee. But It’s a bit tired and old fashioned, but we were made welcome and the breakfast was good. A bit dated, it’s quite dark and a bit shabby, fairly clean

Bryan and Alan were very friendly.. nothing was to much trouble.. breakfast was lovely and hot... would definitely stay there again....

The hosts are lovely , free breakfast is brilliant and cooked to your order , can come and go as you like ,bed was comfy too, traditional Blackpool building and lovely breakfast room too. Has a bar on site.deffo will come again. Nothing was off all good
