Friendly staff, hotel is spotless, and breakfast is good sets you up for the day. Tram stop just outside hotel. Short walk to the centre. Second time booking here and will definitely book again .

Very nice breakfast, made to order and lovely homemade jam on our visit. Room was nice and spacious with nice view of the seafront and the bar was nice to drop in on whilst the weather was a bit damp outside. We had a room on the top floor, so it was a bit of a trek up the 6 or so flights of stairs, but made for a good work out after the breakfast

Location was fabulous for us out of the mayhem of Saturday night in Blackpool but only a short 10 minute stroll. Breakfast was fabulous and the hosts were friendly and attentive. Will be back Definitely The bath towels were a little small and thin ! and the mattress wasn't the best quality ??

The hotel was absolutely stunning!!! Fresh and beautifully decorated all through!!! Even had a silver cross pram that was an absolutely fabulous addition!!!! The landlady spoke so fondly of her family who had used it all through the years, was very sentimental and warming!!! 4 flights of stairs lol. The room was beautiful, but close to the top!! We certainly worked our fab brekkie off!!!
